I absolutely adore white fox boutique and there clothing, it may seem pricey but is well worth it for the quality and how long they last you✨I like to think about how many times I’m going to wear compared to how many times I have to pay for it❤️
Non existent Customer Service
I received a sale item that was faulty and I sent an email with photos included to get a refund but I have not received any response. This was done on the day I received my order which was almost a month ago. I was going to send through a second email but a nasty message comes up saying your email will be put at the end of the queue if you send multiple emails. This company has no other point of contact than through an email yet you get no response which is very frustrating for a customer. I have never experienced this before with any other online business. This was also my first time ordering through white fox so not a great experience for me. Answer your customers people they are the ones keeping your business alive.
SERVICE IS SHOCKING
Me and multiple others have ordered from white fox over the Christmas period.
orders are taking 4+ weeks to be shipped out or even to be packed and I have heard others orders arrive to their house soaking wet.
you’d think if your in Australia your order would be shipped out quicker but no.
This is a very unfortunate situation as they’ve lost many loyal customers and do not even reply to emails + their social media comments are filled with terrible reviews to the point it’s embarrassing.
They clearly do not know how to run a business as their too busy posting about new items coming out and new offers to actually read and respond to emails .
Complete scammers , I’ve placed $400+ order weeks ago and have not even gotten a single email regarding it.
DO NOT RUN A BUSINESS IF YOU CANNOT HANDLE THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD.
