White Pages Australia 17+

I just saw the developer response to the VPN issue and and wanted to ask a question....

If I was living abroad and was using a VPN that was hosted here in Australia would I be able to access the content without the need to enter a captcha ?

How is this a security feature and why would you not want people to access information that is meant to be publicly available?

This would have to be the most useless way to search for anything. I found a business on Google. Then I found it with some difficulty I found it on Yellow Pages. There’s no way you can find it on White Pages. It gives you results that bear no relevance to either the name or location you’ve entered. I was hoping to enter the details in my contacts automatically using the app (assuming the app still has that function) but you just can’t find something even when you can describe it exactly. Totally useless.

I’m a private individual who keeps getting spam callers - usually charities - and when I block their number they use slightly different numbers for consecutive calls. As they don’t leave a message I can safely assume they’re spam. So I downloaded White Pages, clicked on Unknown Callers - NOTHING happens. I need to know who’s calling me in case it’s relevant as I’m expecting important callbacks. I’m fed up with these imposing calls so how on earth do I recognise & stop them?
