Feature request / Add in vehicle height
I have a tall car with roof racks, a can see you have car park height data so it would be great if I could filter out car parks based on low entry height. If I could add in my car height then get a warning message when I tried to book a carpark with low entrance. Also, some CBD car parks are really tight for big cars/wide cars, that could be another option for drivers who need more space - like getting kids out of car seats. Otherwise love the app!
Great app, can see the work and effort put into it
I’ve used various iterations of this app at various intervals for some time, and just come back to it after a bit of absence. This is really nice, polished product. Information is surfaced well, everything is easy to find. Making a booking is easy and I love the guidance/onboarding screens for Apple Pay customers. Really well done.
One thing that I am disappointed in - I live in a relatively new street, and I’m unable to manually enter my address. The app autocompletes it to a different street that’s almost 3kms away from my actual home. While it’s more of a data issue, I would like to at least be able to manually enter my address in those cases. Customer service said this data comes from Google and until Google updates database, i just have to put some other address in - it’s not a positive outcome, and a feature that should be at least under consideration, - not a “nothing we can do” response.
Hence downgraded to 4 stars. App really good overall, but this unhelpful limitation hurts it
The worst customer service ever!!!!
I left my car in one of the carparks in Canberra. The app said they close at 8pm, LIE!!! They closed at 7pm and the app was not updated… Then I called and someone said they will send someone to open the gates in 30 min, LIE!!!! No one showed up, or call… After almost an hour, I called back, a person who called herself a “low level” worker said she don’t have any answer to my questions, she said she didn’t have idea and they didn’t have records of my call, when the call start saying “this conversation will be recorded”, then she refused to pass my call to her supervisor and then end the call… The after, called again and a new person said the carpark is close until next day, they can’t do anything, and just feel sorry for the LIES, but I should go home… Excuse meeee? You don’t have records of who is taking your call? How they/us can make a follow up on this kind of situations? Why people are LYING, and why they are not trained to answer questions… EXTREMELY disappointed with this customer service…
