Thanks for using the Wilson Parking app. In this update:
- Requesting a Wilson Parking card is now even easier
- We updated the sign-up process when using a social account
- Added some grease to the date and time pickers to make them scroll faster
- Squashed some bugs

I use the Wilson app to book parking near my office every now and then. I find that it is very clear and easy to use, and I don’t find any step confusing or frustrating which speaks volumes about the effort that was put into the user experience of this app. The smart features like suggesting to switch to using my Wilson One card for access rather than my credit card was very useful. Well done to the product team
Plagued with first edition issues
From the outset, forced change of my existing password takes three attempts ( of the same password ) to reset. I get the ‘incorrect email’ message ( which was unchanged ), wrong password and then account / password mismatch, using the exact same details each time.
Pushing through that ( with exactly the same details each time ) I get to ‘bring across your web details’ and three attempts at that gives me ‘oops, your web details are a little complicated, call customer support or look around’.
So I, now not able to log in, I choose ‘look around’, to be stuck at a screen that wants me to register for Wilson parking before I can go anywhere else.
Great job guys, but using your customers for beta testing went out a long time ago.

This is a wonderful app and easy to navigate around fur bookings etc. One glitch I found is not being able to connect the MyerOne loyalty program in with the booking on the mobile device. I have entered the MyerOne details on the desk top version however if doesn't seem to appear when a booking is made via a mobile device.
