The app shows you the car parks closest to your destination, and saves your past favourites to make booking even simpler. It offers you the best price available for your park. And it lets you complete your booking in as few as 3 quick taps. No more nasty price surprises. No more waiting in long queues at the ticket machine when it’s time to go home. It’ll even show you the fastest route to your car park, so you can get faster to where you really want to be.

Key features include:
· Register and sign in via email or social for quick access to parking. Sign in to all booking channels using a single log-in. One account log-in will be all you need to use the App, Book a Bay or Wilson One.
· Find and search parking on the app’s map, more easily access details of parking and prices available at each site so you can choose the perfect park.
· Store credit card details (or simply use your Wilson One card) to complete bookings faster.
· Choose from previous favourite parking options remembered by the app, which lets you complete booking in as few as 3 taps.
· Follow directions provided by the app for the fastest route to your park.
· More easily view and manage account details and future bookings.

What’s New

Version 2.4.14

In this release, we’re launching an all-new support experience. We’ve made it easier to find answers to common questions, and you can now resolve most issues related to an upcoming or past booking. We’ve also improved the experience for Business Account customers who access the car park using a Wilson Parking Card.

Emily is the best!

I am a new comer to the Wilson App. There a miss understanding with my parking fees which had me paying some large amounts for parking. I was very mad. I contacted the direct line and was told someone would call me back in 10 minutes. Guess what?! Some did. That someone was Emily. She asked some key questions ( which calmed me down ) then she perfectly explained what had happened what needed to be done to resolve the matter. I just booked with Wilson again. All thanks to Emily. Thank you for being professional and absolutely informative. Great App. Great service.

Overcharging me - unable to contact anyone for refund

I booked a car spot as early bird parking. I ended up having to leave one hour earlier than originally planned. The app makes no mention of there being a restriction for leaving early – only that you must arrive at a certain time and leave at most 1 hour after your scheduled departure time. Upon exiting the car park I was charged double what had been agreed - with no option to decline. Two online contact forms, one phone call and 5 days later and I haven’t been able to speak to anyone – I haven’t any response to my inquiries. My next step is to contact the bank and dispute the charges. What a pain. It doesn’t matter how slick your app is – if you overcharge customers. Also, this app would really benefit from the ability to compare parking rates across multiple CBD parking lots. I guess that goes against your business model – and you’d prefer to have a worse customer experience on the off chance that someone pays twice as much for parking 50m down the road.

Don’t book parking at Angel Place, Sydney

We booked to park there on Saturday night and had also booked for dinner before seeing Ben Elton at the City Recital Hall.

On arrival, there were no parking spaces available and other cars were still coming in to add to the frustration of getting around that car park that ends abruptly.

After waiting 10 minutes to speak to a person, I was told that Wilson would honour our booking at another of their car parks. We just had to miss our dinner booking, get to the other carpark (ended up at the Opera House), catch a cab back to the Recital Hall and back to the Opera House afterwards.

As 2 of the 3 exit lanes were blocked by people trying to get response from Wilson, it took a while for us to reach the only operational gate. We had been instructed to press the button at the exit gate to have our parking honoured and there was no answer. What a surprise! As the 2 other cars still hadn’t moved out of the gates due to a lack of response by Wilson, I paid for the ticket so other drivers weren’t stuck in the carpark.

I’ll be sending the taxi bills and additional parking fee to Wilson for reimbursement and they should throw in an extra free parking for the false advertising and inconvenience caused
