Subscription Terms & Conditions
We offer two auto-renewing subscription plans: Supporter Monthly ($5.99), and Supporter Yearly ($42.99), charged either on a monthly or a yearly basis, respectively. Both give you access to the same premium features. Pricing per country may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your Apple ID account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You can manage your subscription and cancel it at any time via your Apple ID subscriptions in the settings of your device.

Daily Not Negotiable

I’ve been doing the breathing technique since March this year (even before all the nonsense started) I’ve really loved how it helps me feel so I’ve done it pretty religiously since. In August I did some hormone salvia tests with my naturopath and we were super surprised with my results which showed my levels were all great during the day but there was a random spike in cortisol at the 6am test time. We assumed something was disrupting my sleep so I started some herbs and that was that both still feeling like we were maybe missing something.
In October while listening to a Lewis Howes podcast I discovered that this type of breathwork temporarily raises/spikes cortisol (in a good way) which in effect tells the brain to boost immunity (I’m probably not explaining this correctly 🤪) but in a split second my results made complete sense because I do my breathing between 5 and 5:30am every day.
How cool is that.!
Both my naturopath and I are amazed and I am of course continuing to practice daily.

Stick with it.

Alright so I’ve been dabbling in the WHM for about 2 years. It has given me some results but nothing hugely noticeable. BUT, ever since committing to the monthly programs offered in the app and really bringing my cold exposure to ice baths - my results are SO much better. I feel more resilient to stress, less lazy, WAY BETTER SLEEP, I don’t need to eat as much (overeat). I also find it easier to do hard things like learning new healthy habits or being patience with difficult people after a long day. It’s like I just tell my mind I am doing it and it just clicks into gear and I go and get it done. Also the feeling of doing ice baths and knowing you can do it is very liberating and uplifting ❄️. Put your mind to the task and focus 🧘‍♂️. It’s awesome. Super grateful for Wim and the team 🙏🙏

Soooooooo good

I don’t usually write reviews on the AppStore, but the Wim Hof Method has literally changed my life for the better.

After discovering the Wim Hof method via a close friend, he only introduced me to the breathing side of things. I had no idea about cold exposure for quite some time until I done some further research. At the present time I take ice baths daily, cold showers at night, breathing exercises at least once a day and wherever necessary throughout the days hen stressful situations present themselves.

This app is awesome to say the least.
There’s so much information in here diving into Wims method ranging from cold exposure, to breathing exercises and physical exercises. The beauty of this app is within guided breathing and cold shower features for me. Other than that, it’s great to be able to log your results from any of your chosen exercises to see how far you’ve come and progressed.

If you’re thinking about giving this a try, do it!
I can’t recommend it highly enough.
