Solves that winmail.dat headache MS insists on foisting on the world
Every time I saw that winmail.dat attachment on an email I groaned, here came trouble. How to get at the information buried inside in some arcance proprietary format that Microsoft dreamed up and insisted on attempting to force the world to use.
While this app isn’t 100% in terms of how it does what it does, it does that job 100% well as in the content is all made available. The only improvement would be to present it back in the form it was sent - i.e. open it like an email message rather than a series of random attachments.
That said, thank god it’s here because now I don’t groan, I laugh…bwaahahahahahahaaa….

Disappointing, did not handle Teams invite correctly.
I received a Microsoft Teams invite. This utility was unable to properly decode it, and just showed the email body text.
Other utilities were able to extract the Calendar attachment, which is what I needed. Disappointing.
