Such a convenient app for international transfers
I have used this app for few months as my friend introduced me, it is very convenient and valuable because you can get a lot of coupons to get discount for transfers. It was bit hard to write many details at the beginning. However, everything was very easy after setting all the details. Thanks
Too long hold your money
They had been holding the money for 4days due to ID verification reason even though it had been completed. Contacted them again then they said they informed to the receiver to re-upload the ID. As there are so many junk messages to target elder people in Korea my dad don’t even open the message and I had never informed to re- upload the ID.
Then, after full 4days I contacted them again what happened and they explained I should re-upload ID and due to large amount of transaction for exchange to Korea, we CANNOT send the money today again! It’s total hostage of my money!!! If I knew it would take time for ID verification, I wouldn’t send the money through the company!
Easy & faster way to surprise your loved ones
I had to send money for my sister in South Korea as i couldn’t fly down for her wedding in May. The app is easy to use and so faster that my sister got the money on the same day that i sent! I’m seeing myself using this app a lot to spoil my family members including grandparents! Highly recommend:)
