Be a micro reader and a micro listener
It does not matter whether you enjoy reading or listening, you still can enjoy micro learning. Yes I enjoy listening than reading and wiser made it possible to get what I wanted, I can choose to read or listen based on the day and situation, all that is possible with wiser.
I enjoyed this app and highly recommend if there are people like me who enjoy both reading and listening.
SCAM
As soon as I signed up, an incorrect amount was debited from my account. I contacted customer service with the details of my purchase and screenshots. I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt response, apologizing for the inconvenience and requesting more details, which I provided immediately. However, after a week with no further response, I decided to cancel my subscription—and that’s when I realized it was a scam. When selecting the option to manage my subscription, the app redirects to their website, which traps you in a loop with no way to cancel. Whether the app itself is good or not no longer matters to me. I do not support dishonest and disrespectful business practices, and I believe customers deserve transparency and fairness.
Disappointing Experience – Paid but No Access
I recently subscribed to WiserApp, but unfortunately, my experience has been quite frustrating. I completed the payment for the first month, yet I was unable to access the content or features promised with my subscription. Even worse, the app keeps asking me to pay again despite my confirmed payment.
I reached out to customer support, but the issue hasn’t been resolved yet. This has been very disappointing, especially since I was looking forward to using the app. I hope the developers address this problem soon. Until then, I can’t recommend the app to others.
