Wish: Shop and Save 12+

I have purchased several items from Wish some good some bad I wish I could buy more items but the exorbitant delivery prices makes this impossible, especially when they bundle all your items together. For example over a couple of days I purchased several items and spent nearly $80 in delivery costs however I received all the items in one package which only would have cost $15-$20 maximum.
And there should be an indication with the “free” items to let you know the likelihood of receiving the item, instead of an alert a couple days later and even then, the refund you get doesn’t include the full postage amount..
So you aren’t getting the advertised item “free”.
I don’t mind paying for items but I would prefer if the postage isn’t as much as the items you are buying.
On the plus side, I ordered and received a pair of headphones however I didn’t receive the charger for them and after raising a grievance, and after photos and a conversation I was refunded the cost of the headphones, so really they cost me the $17 in postage and I am hoping that the charger I have to buy isn’t to expensive.

I’ve ordered two sets of photo cards on December the 10th and the system told me that they will be arriving at around December 31st yet it had already been 12 days since the “estimated date” and I still haven’t receive the parcel. For the first few days I didn’t receive the parcel I used wish’s assistance it says that it’s on it way and that the weather is effecting it or something and it’ll arrive within the next 5 business days; it never did. And now when I go to the assistance they give me some lame excuse saying that it’ll take 2 more weeks even though they had assured me that tre parcel will be delivered on time. The only option was either to wait or do a refund, unfortunately my daughter had been asking for the photo cards for a while now and to disappoint her saying that I refunded the order because the delivery wasn’t fast enough would be a stupid excuse.

Wish is actually better than expected. I have always been told that it’s so dodgy but it’s actually not too bad. I have ordered serval things from Wish and they have come packaged really good and the items have not been damaged at all! The only reason I’m not leaving a 5 star review is because of how long it takes to ship to my house. It takes at least 2 months and the first item I ordered took over 5 months!! That was mostly because of COVID-19 and especially since it was coming from china. I ordered it in December 2019 and it came in my mail in May-June!! I had ordered a phone case and it was actually pretty good quality. I have ordered many things since that have taken about 2-3 months to come to my house but I would definitely order things from Wish again! Most items on wish are $3 or even free (you just have to pay shipping which is about $4-depending on the item and price of the product), so it seems dodgy but it’s actually not. I would recommend to use wish because it gets the job done 👍👍😊😊
