Really cool. Loving it. Users will need a bit of patience to set it up from an iPhone. Don’t assume you know what you’re doing. It needs a 2.4g wifi. 5G won’t find it. I found the easier way as to set it up from an old iPad instead of changing any configuration in my wifi. Then follow the instructions and you’ll be happy as I’m.

I renovated my house, thinking these bulbs would be a nice addition - colour features, remote turning on/off etc etc. The 1st issue was with the useless tech’s who didn’t know about technology, but I passed that off as personal experience. Fast forward 12mths, these lights work, kind of, as long as you NEVER accidentally switch them off at the wall (like a normal light switch), yes, that’s right, don’t use them like a normal light switch otherwise the level of frustration as you try to get these synced back with the other lights attached to that switch is insurmountable. If you enjoy spending your time switching things on & off & being frustrated beyond reason as a hobby, buy them; if not, perhaps choose an alternative method of entertainment. I am redoing all of my lighting to have these removed, save yourself some money & don’t do what I did.

I’ve seen some of the review for this app from other people and so far I’ve not encountered any issue with connecting it to the WiFi. I do however suggest that with the Schedule option, you have the option to allow more than one room to be controlled at a set time. This would reduce the amount of clutter within the Schedule options. An example of this is that I’m a bit hard at hearing and therefore I use the Schedule option to turn on the light in my bedroom as an alarm at a given time but wish I could also include the hallway and the kitchen so I don’t have to either reach for my phone or tell Google to turn on the respective lights.
