Woolworths Money 4+

Great app but could be improved in some areas

Having used many different banking apps for credit cards, this one definitely ranks as one of the best in terms of the simplicity and interface. Thank you for making the login to my CCs so much easier by having it come up automatically with fingerprint prompt when I select the card.
Only gripe with the app are that it's very sporadic in terms of performance. All too often I'm noticing I wait for different lengths of time (generally 4-8 seconds) to log in when I've entered my password/fingerprint details.

Hi, my physical rewards card always gets worn (the barcode fades on the key ring) and carrying around cards can be quite bulky, so I downloaded this app in hopes that when I do my shopping I could collect rewards in the same way as the physical card does. Hoping this will be possible in the future as I always have my phone with me, it's just much more convenient and scan at check out from my phone kind of like how Apple Pay does. Also will be great for sustainability reducing the amount of plastic cards that are put out there and eventually will end up in our landfills.

Could be a great app

As the previous reviewers have said it would be better if you could add the In-Store no. and Pin so you don't have to carry around another piece of paper.
You can check your balance and then touch the Woolies Website button to get transactions on your gift/egift card, only problem is you still need to have your full card and pin available to see this. Plus it's a pain having to go to the website to do this. Please make the relevant changes and it would be great. If they are worried about people getting your card numbers and pins all they would need to do is add a PIN number to be able to access the app. Hope this helps.
