Power 20 Subscription Details:

You'll be given the choice between the Monthly, 6-month, or Annual Membership. Price may vary by location. Choose a plan before you start your 7-day free trial. If you enjoy your Beginner's Workout 7-day trial, do nothing and your chosen membership plan will automatically continue. You can easily cancel anytime by turning off auto-renewal in your iTunes Account Settings. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Prices may vary slightly based on your local currency.


Apple Subscription Terms:

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Good app

I’m really enjoying this app, I’m just starting back into a workout routine after a few years of laziness and this app offers really good exercises for all levels, nothing too fancy where you gotta watch a video to clarify every movement before you can attempt it, nothing like that. There are just two improvements I would love to see, one is a progress tracker that shows how many more exercises left to complete the workout, and the other is some music or talk during the workout, gets lonely. Otherwise great app!

Good for The 5am Club

I’ve recently started doing the 5am club and this workout is perfect for the 20mins of exercise you need to do first up. You don’t need to use any brain power at all and the lack of choice of workout is perfect to just get in and not procrastinate. I’d recommend to anyone who needs a simple 20mins to get the heart rate up.
However, there is little variety in app, most of the workouts contain all the same exercises just in different patterns
