Workout for Women offers two auto-renewing subscription options:
$4.99 per month
$35.99 per year

These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.

The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before current period ends. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

Shuddup and take my $$$!! Best app!!

This is the best app! I can workout at home. I can workout in the office. I can choose the workouts that I want to do. It has become a morning ritual to fit together 2 or 3 morning routines and then again in the afternoon. If I don’t feel overly energetic, I can choose some gentle routines and I don’t have to justify myself to anyone. On the days that I do feel like I want to thrash my body - I can scream at the app to “go jump”(censored) when she gives the halfway through alert; cause did I mention; it counts you in, counts you to the end and gives you a heads up when you’re “halfway there”.
And I love the daily 7 - mine don’t change daily though, not sure if that’s an issue for everyone; but I’m happy to keep on the same one for a few days - there’s so many other routines to try too!!!

Happily paid the subscription and will stay with the app. I show it too all my girlfriends and tell them to get it too!

This app has helped me start exercising regularly again as the workouts are only short, I don’t dread them like most workouts (which is hella surprising). The different workouts really help with what I’m feeling at the time if I’m feeling motivated I’ll do one of the longer more up beat workouts but if I just want to feel like I’ve done something during the day but I’m too lazy, I’ll do a 7min more easy going one!!! It is just the best app, highly recommend. I know that there is the fat loss category but I was just wondering if there is a could be like a fat loss for certain areas of the body. Like for example, for the legs or the stomach or the arms, just to work specifically for weight loss in that area?? That would be great! You guys have done all the women in the world a favour for this app. It is the best out there

The best workout app

Wow. I love this app and everything about it. It is amazing that you don’t have to pay for anything I love it you just that is has so much options. Also shows you how much calories you have lost and shows you your weight and how much you have accomplished. I thought it you have to pay for the app. I thought you would have To get the premium but no you don’t have to pay for anything totally freaked out so much options for you to do. Ot shows you how much calories you lose and how much time are you doing. Oh my recommend this app if you want to get a work out I recommended and all the apps it is the best and you do so much and it helps you so much it gives you quotes to get you motivated download this app straight away ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️🏃🏽‍♂️🏃🏽‍♂️💯💯🌼💐😘😘😘
