Worksafe Guardian is a professionally monitored safety app designed for Lone workers, isolated workers and field workers. Worksafe Guardian provides your Lone workers with 24/7 safety monitoring on demand with welfare check-ins, safety and medical alerts and tracking when help is in need!
When the app is triggered by either;
• Pressing and holding the Safety or medical buttons
• Failing to check-in to a welfare/meeting timer
• Shaking their phone when a timer is running
• Using one of the Siri voice triggers
an alert is sent to the Australian based monitoring centre with the Worksafe Guardian user’s location. Location accuracy and battery life of the phone are transferred to further assist the monitoring centre operators. This information continually updates until either contact has been made with the Worksafe Guardian user, or the monitoring centre receives confirmation the Worksafe Guardian user is ok.
Each Worksafe Guardian user has a pre-arranged response plan that displays to the monitoring centre operators when an alert is triggered. Monitoring centre operators always call the phone as the first step in the response plan to ascertain if the alert is genuine or false. Each Worksafe Guardian user has a unique voice code to ensure their identity.
The Worksafe Guardian app offers Lone workers a tool that enables them to take a proactive approach to their safety whilst in the field. They can send an instant alert if feeling threatened, enduring a medical episode or require professional assistance.
By providing workers with the Worksafe Guardian safety app, it promotes confidence and increases their safety. Think of the Worksafe Guardian app as your organisation’s ‘Buddy System’. Much more cost effective than providing an extra employee!

A new and improved way to set your location for welfare timers where the map pin stays fixed and you can drag the map to the exact position! There’s also a new map view so you can swap between them (map or satellite view) to suit your preference plus the app remembers your choice. Super Useful App!
Great App for when my staff are out on location after hours. Responsive monitoring by actual humans a massive draw card, as to is the Welfare Checkin feature.
Great app. Life saver.
My work bought this service for us all and it's such a good idea. An actual human being is watching over us through this app when we are in the field. Hopefully never need to have them save us but makes you feel safe to know they are there. !!!
