Great game .. it’s a pity about the players
If it’s a good quality game of poker you’re looking for then steer away from this app. The fact that it’s a freemium app, it attracts a lot of donkey players who do not appreciate the game and it’s nuances.
It also has a “powerhand” feature which rewards players winning hands with bonus chips. This feature is a flawed feature as the whole table gets notified if you have won a powerhand even if everyone folds before showdown. I’m amazed that WSOP have put their name to this app when this flaw alone goes against basic poker rules. People need to pay to see the cards and not be notified of winning hands if they fold before showdown.
Other than this the game is quick flowing and professional in its appearance. Even though you can pay real money to gain more chips on this app, it gives you a lot of chances to win free chips so the cost factor is irrelevant if you play well.
Overall a good game.

Thank you for your reply Dustin. But I’m still having trouble.
I am a member of King Tony, and have been for several weeks. However, any wins that I have in the game do not add to my individual total, and therefore not to the group total I am simply playing by myself and do not have the benefits all the enjoyment of playing with your team and in the teams game. I have sent many emails to Support about this matter but have not have received any support remedy so far. I am at a loss as to what to do. I regularly receive the support email saying that you have received my email and that you are in a busy period and we’re unable to get back to me. You ask me to respond if I am still having the problem. I do and ask for help. I once enjoyed this Teams game and was regularly MVP but am now stuck in a fault that has me not accumulating any individual points. This beggars belief that you can’t and won’t help me. I have tried everything but nothing has reinstated my ability to play within the team, collect any points nor enjoy the game. PLEASE read this and try to help. Otherwise I simply delete the app. I’m desperate so please assist me. Thanks.

Sadly declining
I have written a couple of reviews and sadly this one is the same, I really was hoping I could change my review to a more favorable one as I once really enjoyed playing this game.
WSOP makes it near impossible to keep a bank roll, let alone build one. You win a little and lose a lot, and yes the house always wins however the consensus on the tables and the Facebook pages is these days WSOP really is the only one winning, its really putting its players on major losing streaks, playing games like Laila and Beat the House are fun and exciting but empty a bankroll in the matter of minutes not even hours of play and having to play them now to win specific cards to complete album packs is also a move most are not happy with.
I have purchased season passes and once purchased it becomes near impossible to finish a season, Quests move so slowly and are outrageous and its near impossible to complete the Album season, you can get 100’s of duplicates and rarely any new cards other than when the season first starts.
In saying this I will still play because as WSOP knows those of us who stick around will always stick around…. Just really disappointing that years of loyal playing and hours upon hours on the app that there is no real acknowledgement for those of us who keep the app alive,
