Wunderlist is Perfect!

I’ve been using Wunderlist for the last 6 months solely for work knowing that Wunderlist might not be serviceable in the future. But it just works great among my colleagues. Microsoft To-do is no where near Wunderlist, unfortunately. And I don’t know how long it would take for To-do to reach Wunderlist level. Folders, duplicating lists, assigning tasks, attaching files for free, subtasks, notes, due dates as well as reminders, able to creat conversation within a task... you name it. While there are other apps for collaborative work Wunderlists just works for me perfectly. Although I’d like a feature added soon (hopefully even though Microsoft said they’ll stop updating) which are a concept of repeating tasks based on 1st or 2nd Monday of Month thing and duplicating tasks in iPhone and duplicating/sharing folders in all platforms. Oh, also there are some logging in issues with newly registered people as you cannot create a Wunderlist account. One tip is to log in with outlook/google service and reset password via ‘Forgot password’ service and so that you’re using email address purely for Wunderlist and disconnect your google/outlook service afterwards.

Anyways, Keep Wunderlist ALIVE PLEASE!!!

I am a very busy person! and I'm sure if you are viewing this review you are too. I'm using this app for my work and because I have it on all my communication devices I can instantly capture a thought, idea or something I have to do on any of the devices. The app has a notification option that is so good when I need to put any documents that I have been working on from home onto my employers server I just note what the documents are and because I have set an end of day notification I never forget. I love using it for my shopping list I just tick each item off. I also have it on my laptop, iPad and iPhone and each is updated immediately. I have been using lots of similar apps for years now and this is by far the best, thank you Wunderlist. Roy

Works beautifully with GTD

TL;DR: Why are you reading reviews?!? Go ahead and download this gem of an app. You won’t regret it.

Great job to the developers! I can only begin to imagine how much work they have put into this app. I greatly appreciate it.

I have begun to use GTD as a New Year’s Resolution (which I actually kept for once). Wunderlist has worked beautifully with my rather basic system. There are some things which can be improved, but as a whole, this works perfectly.

I made a folder titled ‘Projects’ and made each project a separate list. All single action tasks went into my Inbox. I starred my next actions and tagged them with restrictions, like #phone, so that when I had my phone, I could complete them. I also added a stream to my calendar as well to see day specific actions.

To improve, it would be great to have daily tasks which repeat themselves, or weekly tasks or something. For example, I would like to have a task repeat for three days (which should be customisable). I also want to be able to have fortnightly tasks. It would be great if I could customise the wallpaper with my own photos and hex codes.

Thank you again for an awesome app!
