And its superstar-filled roster and playful attitude are pretty great, too. As The Miz would say, this game is "AWWESOMMME!”

First, you guys haven't updated the app to fix the lagging and crashing problem. And NOW you put up a competition for a superstar card, where the only way to get it is to spend $400?!?!?! The developers of this game are getting far to greedy. I'm sure the WWE would not be impressed with the way you handle things. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!!!

Love wrestling and the concept of the game but I’ve never seen a game that generates so much money have so many issues. I play clash of clans, clash royale, Simpson’s tapped out etc. and they never have glitches, loading problems or update issues. Another issue is the obvious money grab the game has. In other games, you spend money and you get something premium in return, not just a chance at it. Also, having shards in premium pulls is just not right at all. The support of the game has also been lackluster through its tenure. I remember on 2 occasions where I was robbed of Luke gallows (yes that long ago) and Scott hall (nwo) due to glitches in the game. When I contacted support they did everything in their power to not give me what I rightfully earnt to the point where the case was closed and not resolved. The correct compensation was not given and support did not care about me, the player even after numerous attempts. Not sure if it’s possible but, if these could be given to me now that would be great. The game should be the best mobile game out there, but I fear that if the above continues myself and others will be turned off by the greediness and incompetence the game has demonstrated. I’ll be happy to change my rating if I see improvements in the game
Promising, but a poorly managed cash grab

Where to start? The game itself, when it works, is fun. But constant glitches ruin this. Crashes that steal all your superstars health, not receiving rewards, then either being told you have received them (when you clearly haven’t), or support tickets just ignoring you or fobbing you off, events that are only possibly do do anything meaningful with if you drop hundreds of dollars, event battles being added that have expired, I could go on. I understand that in this current environment, people are working from home. But if a company that relies on tech doesn’t have this capability (as it seems with scopley) then there is something wrong. Waste of time to be honest if you ask me. Maybe I’ll come back when they realise they are awful and have fixed some things. But I doubt that will happen.
