This app has issues

You have to keep your phone on silent as you can’t turn down the volume of the doorbell when it rings on your phone which is annoying. Also the playback from past events on the time line doesn’t work properly.

Software error

Since the last update version 1.0.60, I can no longer connect to the doorbell camera so can no longer use this app at all. The previous software version worked perfect. Can you fix this latest software error ASAP.
The only way I managed to connect with the latest software was when the pir sensor on my doorbell sent a message that there were activity at the door and I swiped right on the message on my phone lock screen

Micro

Most of it work, but each rime i select the micro to talk the the person outside, the app crashes. On the other hand your other app Ubell work but it doesn’t tell/ send you any notifications and/or doesn’t make any bell ring. Could you fix it as your support site doesn’t work ether.
