Best Delivery Company
Yello is among the best delivery service company. The company provides intensive training for courier drivers so that they can provide best of class delivery service. Yello leader continues to be in touch with every driver and provides excellent support to the team via WhatsApp. Yello Support team service was excellent too as they always has an answer to every issues we faced. They are not reading from scripts.
More of Suggestions
I had a bad experience on Bookings. There should be fixed booking and Temp Bookings, if you incomplete fixed bookings then you will get strike or something else. Temporary Bookings can be compiled with easy cancellations options.
When I had a booking and plan accordingly for delivery along with other platforms, Bookings in Yello disappear suddenly without notifying even before 45mins of trying “In my Way Option”.
Rest is fine, should have more and more of Partners around. Northern Beaches just got Woolworths Groceries only and rare case of EB games but rather than that haven’t seen much other Stores such as Bottle Shop, Medicals, etc.

Hi Kumarmgr, thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. The Yello platform provided 3 different delivery options; Ready now orders, scheduled orders or shifts. We find that most drivers lock in scheduled jobs first each day and fill their time with ready now orders. We hope you have a better experience next time.
Long wait but Don’t pay for wait
Today i had pick up from Woolworths at 9:45am and order was not ready then I decided to call customer care at 10:05am, i was with them on call for 38 minutes and they were on call with store manager. Customer care told me order is ready at 10:44am and I turned back to counter (5-8 meters) and Lady told me rudely someone else picked up order because I didn’t come at time then i told her to ask lady on counter that i asked 20 times from her if order ready and she always told me they are running behind.
At the end 10 minutes drive to store + 1 hour and 15 minutes wait was at $0 .
Contacted to yello customer care and they told me waiting fee is only for completed jobs.
Worst delivery app ever seen.
