One of the easiest ways to keep a customer happy is having an easy app like this one that controls everything at your fingertips.

The app works generally ok, but is missing some vital information.

It tells you when transactions are due, what transactions have been done etc but it misses the whole point of the app.

How much do I still owe YAMAHA?

It does not tell you how much money you’ve paid already, it does not show you how much you still owe.

They do have a tap, request pay out quote,
But every time you click the submit button, instead of showing you your payout sum, the app crashes!

The biggest joke of the app is that it lets you request statements and contracts with one click,
Not mentioning in one word that you will be charged if you request any of the above!

Use the app for basic things like next payment due dates only,
Do not request anything through the app!!

Why would a finance app not show the amount still owing? I don’t know, it doesn’t make sense. I thought it was odd when I had not received a single paper or email statement from yamaha finance after a year, and upon contacting them discovered you have to actually request it! I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised then to find that their app also won’t tell you what you owe, unless you specifically request it. It just leaves me scratching my head (when my helmet’s not on)
