App is fine - product details and offers not so
The app works fine- can’t get customer service via the app tho.
My future purchases will be going elsewhere, you will no longer receive my money.
Product offers don’t calculate properly. Eg %off rounds up to the nearest dollar if the %off discount is above 0.50c meaning the %off discount is NOT met. Product descriptions need specific detail eg Gucci ring is - composition silver, is that, just silver metal? Sterling silver? 925 silver? Or a bag May have a description of “One size” or “Large” ….there needs to be measurements. I know I haven’t purchased because of this And I’m sure I’m not the only one. Then when I do purchase, you don’t meet your 22% off everything offer. - more lack of attention to detail. I’ve spent plenty of money with you, Ive wasted my time searching other sights for product details. I wore that because I wanted the product. Now you’re NOT compliant with you’re offers.

Wrong Items, Wrong Orders, Wrong Service
I have used YOOX many times in the past, and have had mixed experiences. In recent times however, I have consistently been receiving items that were different to those that I had purchased.
At most companies this wouldn’t be an issue, but at YOOX the customer care centre/team really don’t care about you or your issues.
Whether it’s a wrong size, colour, brand or even completely different item, the returns process takes over a month, and even then they won’t guarantee your money comes back before you ship it off. A bit ridiculous considering it’s 2021 now. I understand that they’re an international company, but any email or phone response is pasted/scripted and no conversation will actually feel like you’re speaking to humans.
There’s plenty of other luxury stores online now, YOOX had a good thing going for a while, but I’ve been utterly disappointed in recent acquisitions.
Another loyal customer bites the dust it seems…
