Your details are safe
Add details to your Yoti by scanning a government-approved ID document. We accept passports, driving licences and national ID cards from 185+ countries.
Any details you add to your Yoti are encrypted into unreadable data that only you can unlock. The private encryption key to your data is stored safely on your phone – only you can activate this key and access your details using your PIN, Face ID or Touch ID.
Protecting your privacy
We cannot share your details without your permission or mine or sell your data to third parties.
We encourage businesses to only ask for the details they need, so when you choose to share your details with a business using Yoti, you can feel safe sharing less data.

Ratings and Reviews
Needs more than passport or drivers license
I tried uploading my date of birth but because my passport is expired and I don’t have my drivers license I couldn’t, this app needs more options like a school card. It would be more helpful for people that do not have the options.

Speaking for the community
It’s been a while but someone has to address the issue that this app just does not feel secure . I was already sceptical towards this app when I had to give in sensitive information since it did not seem that valid but I gave it anyways. It doesn’t help when the app is glitchy or just doesn’t function properly because that just worries me on what exactly happened to my personal information. I’ve been having issues with verification only with this app!
I want to disassociate with this app however the fact that my personal and very confidential information is with them brings on me fear which is the reason why I still have the app on my phone.

Keeps locking me out
Right so, I made an account sorted out my problem then deleted the app. Encounter and verification problem through and app those needing to redownload yoti to verify my identity. Download it again Wenger my mobile and it says I need to recover my account, I enter my password but it fails, go to create new passcode re enter my mobile as it asks for it then it says kicked for 5 mins for too many wrong answers and now kicked me for 15 mins, therefore this app just steals your information absolute bs!!
