Think I’ll have to stick to the website for now...
You need to add all the payment options that are available on the website. There are comments going back to late 2017 asking you to add Apple Pay (& reassurances that you’re working on it...) & the only reason I’m able to order is because of the zip pay option.
Also, it’s silly not to be able to login at the beginning & be able to just reorder a past order instead of going through everything again.
While it’s easy enough to use the app, there’s just not quite enough functionality yet...
Please fix it, I love you otherwise 😬

Atrociously unreliable delivery
Over the past couple of years I’ve used Youfoodz for a period then stopped in protest due to the erratic delivery. I first attempted delivery to my work which worked at first with a pretty consistent delivery time middle of the day, then they ‘changed’ delivery methods apparently to suit residential deliveries after hours. This meant I was waiting around work for up to an 1.5hrs after we closed. Needless to say, I pulled the plug. Now their ridiculous estimated delivery time range for business between 8:30am and 5:30pm is worse than any shonky tradie you’ve wasted your day waiting around for. I recently gave them another shot when I heard they were delivering daily. From my understanding their focus on residential deliveries should help me now, but no. They deliver only during business hours when I’m at work so I arrange it for Sunday. This is the worst experience so far. No regularity at all even when making the same selections and marking delivery comments IN CAPITAL LETTERS that are disregarded. My order last 2 Sunday’s arrived around 8am, it’s now almost 2pm and I’ve been sitting here sweating on the lounge all day waiting for it. I’m still waiting...... I’ve missed a bbq at the beach with family and it was too hot to risk leaving the food at the front door to spoil or get stolen...... Still no word from them yet.......

First order - the delivery driver
Have not had my first order more than 15 minutes. Looking forward to trying the food, it looks good.
The reason for my review and the only reason I searched in the App Store is to let you know about the delivery driver! 7:40am on a Sunday. A quiet street, some might assume people may be having a lay in somewhere in the houses around. The delivery driver pulls up outside my neighbours house, windows down with the music blaring!! I mean loud! One would also assume he might switch it off when he gets out to hand me the package... nope. 5 minutes of loud music informing all my neighbours of my youfoodz delivery. Also not a very customer focused interaction tbh. I may order again, but if Balto1 is my driver again it will be the last time! Unacceptable, ill mannered at this time of day and totally unprofessional!!
