Where’s the APPLE TV APP?
Why isn’t there an YOUKU App on APPLE TV? I’m a VIP Member and would like to watch it on television without having to airplay it. Please make an APPLE TV VERSION Of the YOUKU APP Please 🙏🏼 🙏🏼#*The English subtitles keeps turning itself on/off, even though it’s selected. I have to keep pressing the English subtitles over and over again for the words to appear.🙏🏼 #*The Fast forward feature is really slow and clumsy 🙏🏼#*The selection/browsing feature on the app isn’t as clear as it can be. The APP for APPLE TV is under development and is expected to be launched after a period of time.
Great range of new quality dramas but …
The app still has a lot of problems. For one thing, at least in Australia, around 7 to 9 pm it can’t handle traffic and hangs, then the app asks you (VIP) to drop to a lower resolution (at the same time that other apps like WETV and IQIY work just fine on my system.
Further, trying to rewind is an hassle, finding a place in the story is difficult, the app never remembers where you last left a show … and so on.
Maybe these are teething problems and the app will improve with time.

EXPRESS PACKAGE for VIP seems not available in AU
Giving it 5* simply for the developers effort in reading our reviews and taking actions for making the app much more enjoyable. Big improvement indeed i can now finally watch it on my IPAD in a big screen. However there seems to be in an issue regarding the EXPRESS PACKAGE, being in a year subscriptions to get VIP I can’t seem to access EXPRESS PACKAGE. I hope you will be able to fix the issue soon 😊
