App Will Not Work On The Phone
I have had the Guesty App for a few months now and the phone version is continually crashing and not working. It does not download and I have to delete and reload almost daily. This is a very frustrating experience and had I not already paid a 12 month subscription I would have abandoned this service by now. Sort this out Guesty as I am not the only one experiencing this problem as verified on multiple FB Guesty user pages.
Terrible app
So incredibly slow in the app, continuously refreshing itself. Currently reaching the point, after reporting issues multiple times and being advised it’s ‘internet sensitive’ or ‘empty your cache’ of changing providers. This issue has continued for at least a year with no progress on resolving. Guesty appears uninterested in fixing problems.
Completely annoying
• Would not even open once downloaded
• never offered a set up page
• only a login which clearly would not work when one needs to FIRST set these up with an email and a pw!
• will not recommend
