Misleading
Despite what it says the app is not free. You sign up and then it tells you that it prioritised subscribed patients. I was fine with not being prioritised but it doesn’t let you continue if you’re not subscribed. You then have to pay quite a bit a month to use the chat feature. The only redeeming this is there’s a 3 day free trial period option. Once I started talking to my doctor I felt as if she wasn’t actually English speaking as the messages weren’t completely coherent. I did get some advice but felt like I was being a punish asking for more advice.
