Commercial Adds issue

Hi i purchase the subscription for 1 year. They dispaly lots of adds when we tap on any channel every time one add dispaly. Really very disappointing because we already pay around 200aud for 1 year subscription so why dispalyed adds. First we see there adds and after channels adds. Team yupptv this is big issue if it’s continues i don’t go to renew my annual subscription. Few days before my wife also purchase ipl subscription but ipl adds still continues.😡😡😡

Unprofessional poor customer service

Firstly i paid for yupptv just because to watch bigboss telugu in maa

And you guys didnt mentioned that bigboss will not be played in your app at the time of subscription

after 1 hr of service you stoped playing bigboss

It looks like you guys are making customers fool to get new subscriptions

Then i called customer care here story begins
Insted of saying sorry for the issue the customer care guy literally asked me to cancel the subscription and said it was starmaa probelm they cant do anything

If you really dont know that starmaa is restricting bigboss in your app then why dont you apologise customers for sudden changes and insted of giving compensation you guys are least bothered to loose a customer

Then i asked him to connect his manager and the legend replied he dont have any manager or supervisor

I dont know How can a customer care guy do his job without a supervisor or manager above him
I asked him to connect me to his higher management but he refused to do it
Then he told me that he will discuss with there management and he gonna update me with a mail

Bt surprisingly i got a mail saying your sub was cancelled with 20$ refund where i paid 26$ the deducted 5$ for no reason

Then i asked them to refund full amount or else im goona file a case in consumer court
Then i got full refund finally

I dont know how you guys are surviving in the market with cheap unproffesional service.

Charges money but no subscription

Purchased the subscription through app, cannot use the benefit. Contact your team and they said that as you have purchased the subscription though iTunes Store you have to contact them, but I have purchased the subscription through your app. Send the receipt and other necessary details. I don’t think this app is really user friendly
