Awesome app
If you need homework help, this app is the best. Fast responses from tutors and ability to clarify. Also taking pictures of your work or textbook is a bonus
Dishonest and greedy company
I work as a tutor for Zookal and the company has gotten really harsh to the tutors. The platform promises an earning for each solution a tutor gives. The platform have recently developed a new policy in which they would reciew a tutor’s answers. I understand this is a quality control measure but the plaform had went ahead and deducted 20% of my earnings last month, even with some of my solutions that had received 5 stars rating from students. This company had became so greedy and only care for themselves earning money and not the satisfaction of tutors and students. Many other tutors had got their earnings deducted and they even delayed bank transfer of salary to the tutors with them taking their time to deducted tutor’s earning solutions question by question. Don’t let this company take your hard earned money, go to other places for a tutor.
