  4. Pursed lip breathing: comes in handy when short of breath.
  5. Calming breath: helps you ride the wearier tides.

Each of these exercises only take one minute (well, with the exception of the 4-7-8 exercise aimed at helping you fall asleep). Which means you can take a mini timeout for a renewing, refuelling and restoring rush of air pretty much any time you want, any time you need.
