Eclipse Yourself

Activity, Recovery & Readiness

View

Developed with elite athletes in mind, health and fitness tracker Eclipse Yourself can give anyone with a health goal a big wellness boost. With the assistance of your Apple Watch, it uses key data to serve up a holistic view of your current physical condition – your Eclipse reading.

What we love: Working towards that Balanced Eclipse reading made up of three vital health metrics: Activity, Recovery and Readiness. Activity tracks your incidental activity, workouts and training load, while Recovery analyses your quality of sleep through signals such as efficiency, heart rate and blood oxygen. Readiness draws heart rate variability, waking pulse and more to let you know if you’ll benefit more from slam-dunking it or sleeping in today.

Your visual road to success.

Quick tip: Let your Eclipse reading guide your focus for the day ahead. A partial Eclipse could signal that you’re coming down with a cold, or that you’ve overdone it in the gym and are due for a rest. Want to go deeper? Tap on each metric for a series of easy-to-read graphs on everything from the intensity of Monday’s workout, to the amount of quality sleep you had last night.
