Description
The AHealthierU app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Dr. Sher Bovay. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.
As a Dr. Sher Bovay patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Dr. Sher Bovay provider. Communicate with Dr. Sher Bovay in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.
Includes integration with the Apple HealthKit. You can choose to share your weight, steps, and other parameters with the AHealthierU app.
Intuitive Design
The app is designed specifically for Dr. Sher Bovay patients and you can't use the app unless you're a Dr. Sher Bovay patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Dr. Sher Bovay uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
