Connection failure
I bought brand new ANC EQ headphones two days ago, and they are perfect in every aspect; however, I faced with the connection issue. I actually cannot connect my headphones to B&O app. The app itself does “fetching product images” too long. How could I solve the problem?

We can confirm that a software bug was affecting the app in this regard, but a update with a fix has just been released. Please try reinstalling/updating the app on your device.
