Fix this
After new update designing cards are impossible for apple pay. Whenever I choose the design I like for my card, application just closes itself and does not work. What is this update. Fix this!
Worst customer service ever I have ever seen
Application is good. I hope it will got more features soon. But customer service is really bad. They have own rules and you have to follow those rules. They do not want to help you at all. They are making you to accept their offers. For example I wanted to get my card by shipping to my address. And on the application it is written 9:00-14:00 for taking. They are calling you about 10:00 if you are not available at this time and call them back about 11:00 they will not ship you card. They are saying I have to change date and wait 5-6 days more. But it says on the application I can get till 14:00. Another case, they are not accepting any of ID method but ID itself. I am trying to show them electron version or “Asan Imza” or anything else. They say no. We have to see ID itself. It is ironic to ask ID itself while trying to be look like a futuristic bank.

Dear customer. Thanks for your review. Let's check why this situation has arisen. (regarding the card delivery request) Please indicate your registration number and send us an email if you can video / screenshot on which the difficulty is reproduced. Our official mail addresses: info@leobank.az. Unfortunately, our employee will not be able to hand over the card to you without the original identity card (İD). These were the rules drawn up by the bank.
Worse
The worse and unsafe bank app ever. After last compulsory update it does not work normally.
Also it withdraw my money from my account without any explanation. When I have called them they said during 60-90 days they will reinburse the amount. It was just small amount (60 azn).
Shortly, birbank (kapital bank app) withdraw the amount despite it is leobank 😂. Leobank’s responsible employees always say that - please be patient they will consider it during 30-60 days (although it is pretty much long period for such small amount).
I think it is shame for virtual banking app to fix the problem during 30-60 days in this century (rocket and space century).
My personal advice for potential customers of leobank - do not belive this bank. If you are user of this app - do not keep money on your account, increase your balance in amount of your next transaction, only!
