Description
In recent years, low-carbohydrate diets have been gaining more and more recognition as the best way to lose weight. The Kremlin Diet is one such low-carbohydrate approach and aligns with other popular diets, such as Atkins and others. What distinguishes this diet from similar ones is its easy method of monitoring carb intake on a day-to-day basis.
The app was designed to focus on the essentials of the low-carb lifestyle. It avoids needless “exotic” add-ons. You won’t be presented with lists of predesigned meals. You won’t be getting involved with analyzing countless charts and graphs or seeking support through social networking sites here. Everything is kept streamlined and practical, with an eye toward speed and ease of use. Following the instructions of the Kremlin Diet, you will know how to proceed. And you will find that this dietary approach is not painful to execute or burdensome. Complete instructions are within the app and comprise a couple of pages of reading. Sound good so far?
Using the Kremlin Diet point system, you will be able to easily monitor your diet based on the app’s large database of products, which is grouped by category. There is a search function to assist you in finding your food items very quickly. There is also a personal folder called “My Products” that you can use to keep your most common selections in one place (or to add special items). For even more control, if you wish, you can edit any food item.
The practical charting functions incorporated into the Kremlin Diet app provide you with useful feedback on just the essentials. You will be able to monitor your carb intake on a daily basis and also be able to see your last 10-days at a glance (you can scroll back further in time, if you wish). The app also produces two line charts: one for your weight and another one for a body measurement of your choice - such as the waistline. To provide you with even more analytical tools the app supports sharing data with the Health app. Measurements can be set up to apply the metric system or the imperial (English) system. For the sake of speed, to save you a couple of taps, you can even have the app automatically determine what meal you are eating (breakfast, lunch, or dinner) based on the time of day the entry is made!
This app was designed so that a person could easily monitor their eating habits and successfully lose weight, applying the principles of the Kremlin Diet (or other low-carb diet). We sought to design the ideal mobile application for a person living a busy life. May you achieve your goals!
