This app has negated my interest in a credit card
This app is very approachable even to the simplest of minds. It opens up the question of “why do we even need a debit/credit card” this kind of technology would be science fiction for someone living in the 90s’ I thank you all for making my life easier.

Irresponsible behavior, bad experience, negative feedback
This is the worst app I've ever encountered. I recently made a utility payment through this app, and although I was charged, the amount wasn't successfully paid. The support team refuses to assist, claiming the payment on their side was successful and instructing me to contact the recipient. Why should I contact someone else when I used your app for the payment? It's your responsibility to resolve this issue since you charged me and forwarded my money to the recipient, not me. Is it acceptable for you to charge people without ensuring the payment's success? It seems you don't care if the payment fails, as it's not your responsibility to complete the process initiated by your app.

First of all our employees check the success of the payment, if the payment is successful and successfully sent to the number you specified, then in this case you should contact the recipient. If you contact us again, we can provide you with a receipt to prove your payment 🙏💙
Templates
It would be better if we could create templates for recurring transactions ( with card details), due to lack of such option, for instance, last time while transferring money I relied on the "recently used cards" suggested under the payment amount and selected wrong one, because it was not actually the last one, but rather one of the cards I have ever transacted to. So because of this I acidentally transacted to the wrong beneficiary. please fix payment history to be shown in sequence. I.e. last transaction on top
