"Azemis" Mobil Elektron Məhkəmə İnformasiya sistemində yaradılımış proses iştirakçısının iştirak etdiyi iş üzrə prosesin gedişi, çıxarılan qərarlar, onların icra vəziyyəti, onlardan verilən şikayət və ya protestlər barədə məlumat almaq imkanlarına malik “şəxsi kabineti”.
Hüquq və vəzifələrimlə tanış oldum, və Elektron Məhkəmə tətbiqinin istifadə qaydalırının pozulmasına görə Azərbaycan Respublikasının qanunvericiliyi ilə nəzərdə tutulmuş məsuliyyətdən xəbərdaram.
Mobil Elektron Məhkəmə tətbiqi vasitəsilə təqdim etdiyim məlumatların və sənədlərin düzgün olmasını öz elektron imzamla təsdiq edirəm və bilərəkdən verdiyim yanlış məlumata görə Azərbaycan Respublikasının qanunvericiliyi ilə nəzərdə tutulmuş məsuliyyətdən xəbərdaram.
