Clan leader
Hi. Our clan leader has been banned for 10 year from game i dont know the reason and it is something like 60 or more days past that our clan is without leader. I read on google that after 60 days the member with the most clan activity points can get leader status but everybody left after him being banned and created new caln but i stayed so i am the only member of this and in my opinion it is unfair to all members lose level 9 clan because of some faulty actions made by clan leader if there were any to lose this high level of a clan. So i would like to ask you make me clan leader so I can gather guys make its level higher and have our fun. We spent too many hours to reach this clan to 9 level and it would be such a waste to lose it. Hope you will notice respond and fix this issue. Appreciate your attention!

Great Battle Royale experience!
The game is amazing, you’ve done a tremendous job by bringing this game into a mobile device and making it the way it is today! Thank you for that. I have minor issue with my account that needs to be checked out: matchmaking while playing solo FPP games in Miramar, Sanhok and Vikendi is taking forever and never commencing since today, a day before it was fine and dandy, now it takes MINUTES for matchmaking and simply stops. What seems to be the problem? Please, if possible fix it as soon as possible, TPP games are fine, but I prefer FPPs.

I played in the Asia server and there were only bots, for this reason there were a lot of killings, I don’t think I violated any rules of this game, therefore I appeal to you to urgently return my account to me, I had a mission to enter the game within 60 days and I was at 48, because of your mistake it will be erased. Please look at my issue and correct your mistake!
