Something went wrong..
It’s couple days as the app freezes, doesn’t respond and quits suddenly.. Tried everything: off/on, relaunch, internet connection, reload etc.. app still freezes...

Hello! Thanks for your comment, and we're sorry to hear that you've encountered technical issues! Hopefully, the issue is sorted by now, and you can keep designing? Please note that our support staff is always happy to help if our players face any problems. The best way to contact our support and get the issue fixed as soon as possible is to send us an email via the app. Please go to your Redecor profile and tap "settings", where you'll find SUPPORT. If you send us an email from there, we'll automatically get your account details, and we're able to investigate the issue. Hopefully, this was helpful! :)

Hello! Thanks for the feedback! You can design every challenge two times. We're aware of the wish, and we're working on increasing the number of daily challenges. There are many features yet to be introduced, so we're working hard to finish all the fantastic plans for the app! Every design challenge is handmade by our talented 3D artists, and it takes up to 2 days to create a 3D image from scratch and make it playable for the game. We want to focus on the quality of the game and keep it photo-realistic. :) Thank you for your patience while we're improving Redecor!
