FIX YOUR PROBLEMS!
This is so weird but Uber app started to function weirdly for the last 6 months in Azerbaijan!
I ordered a taxi and he didn’t come although the app showed that he came and i went ouside and the ride started by itself though the cab is not there!!! I called the driver to clarify and “I’m far away from that” he said! Guess what? Another surprise of Uber is I COULDN’T CANCEL THE RIDE n I tried it over 20! Last but not least, I was withdrawn 3.96AZN although the ride shows that It was 1.90, However, I WAS NOT EVEN IN THE CAR BECAUSE THE CAR WAS SOOO FAR AWAY FROM ME! Please refund my 3.96AZN and fix your problems. Otherwise, you’re going to lose a customer like you did a minute ago! Good Bye!

Dear Uber, Your application Uber AZ, which is using in Azerbaijan. Application not working very well. Please activate original app of Uber. It is not comfortable for me using uber AZ. Guess you will reply good news about activating. Good luck to you.
Great app, but...
I love UBER and always trying to use it wherever I go. The reason why I put 4 stars, is that many times you have people who want to trick you. They except the ride (can be less than 5 min away) and if they are not happy with the destination (too much traffic or not on their way) they just wait on their spot, without canceling the trip (as they can get lower rate for that) and waiting until I will cancel it (I get 3 manat charge if it is less than 5 min.). I try to call the driver, no answer. Just by map I can see he is not moving. So the only option is to cancel him, get charged 3 manat and order a new driver. Also during traffic time, before I finally get a taxi, I have around 3 cancellations.
