An app for installers and customers that provides programming, diagnostics and notifications for BT Redcare’s Next Generation Portfolio products in homes and businesses.
The BT Redcare app provides real-time management of their alarm signalling products.
For installers, it provides onsite and remote programming capabilities.
Note: Functionality of this app requires compatible equipment and signalling services

- Receive non-emergency alerts

- Set / unset the alarm
- Operate devices remotely
