"I'm Doing It" helps you actually form new habits. It does this by keeping it simple, you make 3 goals a day, but you don't have to achieve them all. Nobody is perfect it does not make sense to feel shame if you don't accomplish all of your goals every day. With I'm Doing It your goal is only to complete 2 of the goals a day. This is the secret to forming habits.
