LEO's purpose is to adopt those who want to be better versions of themselves and bring them together. Community is a HUGE part of Lift Each Other and having an app where our members can engage, share their achievements, and manage their time in the studio is essential for us.

Studio Access - Scan in and access our studio using our QR code and scanner.
News Feed - Stay up to date with everything happening in the studio, your lifting buddy's latest PBs and share your own updates.
Lounge - Chat with your coach and team-mates through instant messages.
Our app can sync with Apple Health to automatically add workouts to your activity calendar.
You can sync this app with Apple Health App. If you enable this connection, any workout in the Health app with automatically be added to your Activity Calendar.
