To use NIU Rental follow these steps:
1. Simply download and open the NIU Rental app
2. Click sign up and fill in the relevant fields to verify your account.
3. Once your account is verified after set-up, you can select the location, time, duration, and model type for your rental.
4. Pick up and pay for the vehicle at the store. Don’t forget a photo ID and credit/debit card.
5. Happy riding!
6. When you are finished, simply return the vehicle back to the store.

NIU Rental is currently available in most European countries, is free to register, and has all NIU products available. Electric Scooters are available to rent for both personal use, but NIU Rental points also offer cargo-ready models for delivery. You are able to add accessories, like helmets to your rental for additional convenience and safety. All scooters come insured with third party liability. NIU scooters use lightweight lithium ion batteries, that are removable and can be charged anywhere. You will need a valid driver's license to use NIU Rental. Most NIU Electric Scooters have the capacity to seat to people, so you can enjoy renting with friends! After you have finished the rental, you will receive an official invoice from the store in which you rented the scooter for your records and convenience.
