Dla Abonentów PROMAX dostępne są dodatkowe funkcje po zalogowaniu:
- zdalne zlecanie nagrywania programów, jeśli Abonent posiada dekoder z funkcją PVR,
PROMAX Online TV to aplikacja na telefony i tablety umożliwiająca oglądanie programów telewizyjnych zamówionych z oferty PROMAX.
- oglądanie wybranych programów telewizyjnych z zamówionego pakietu PROMAX. Usługa jest dostępna tylko poprzez sieć internetową PROMAX. Możliwość oglądania ponad 20 programów filmowych, sportowych, popularno-naukowych, dziecięcych i informacyjnych,
- możliwość ustawienia przypomnienia o audycjach,
- możliwość ustawienia listy ulubionych programów.
Ważne: Możliwość zlecania nagrywania programów telewizyjnych dostępna dla dekoderów PVR. Aby można było zlecić nagranie programu przy wykorzystaniu aplikacji, dekoder musi być podłączony do prądu. Zlecenie nagrywania powinno nastąpić minimum 30 minut przed rozpoczęciem programu. W przeciwnym razie program może nie nagrać się w całości.
