Alfa Doc Sound Wellness 12+

The Alfa Doc Sound Wellness app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from The Alfa Doc. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As an Alfa Doc patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with the Alfa Doc. Communicate with Alfa Doc in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, calories expended and other parameters directly with the app.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for Alfa Doc patients and you can't use the app unless you're an Alfa Doc patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. The Alfa Doc uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.

This app includes an integration with the Apple Health app. You can choose to share your weight, steps, and other parameters with the Alfa Doc Sound Wellness app.
