META IS A HORRIBLE SERVICE
I woke up to my Facebook account being disabled on 26th July 2022 because I ‘broke’ their terms of service. Facebook did not even give me the chance to appeal this decision and they went ahead and permanently disabled my account. YEARS of history, pictures, family and friends just GONE down the drain. On top of that they took it a step further to also disable BOTH my personal and business pages on INSTAGRAM. WHY??? Why was this even necessary?! I am a small business owner and they took the one thing that brings in my income in these trying times. No warning, no way to communicate with anyone or even try to reverse this. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, on Saturday 13th August 2022, my WhatsApp on BOTH my personal and business numbers were BANNED from using WhatsApp. I could not appeal my business number at all but the reason they said was they have received numerous complaints about my number / account and this lead them to believe I was using the WhatsApp service inappropriately. WHAT?!? First my Facebook, then my Instagram and now my WhatsApp??? META IS HORRIBLE AND HAS RUINED MY MENTAL HEALTH, MY FINANCIAL STABILITY AND MY OVERALL WELL-BEING.
