WHAT DOES THE MELIVA APP OFFER YOU

- Video consultation - flexible and from anywhere
In addition to the services in our Meliva on-site practices, we offer you a quickly available video consultation for all your questions and concerns about the health of you and your family. In the Meliva app, you can get advice from our doctors directly via video consultation, simply renew your prescription or, if medically necessary, get a sick note. Costs covered by your statutory health insurance. Privately insured persons can submit the invoice (after GÖA) to their insurance company for reimbursement. The extent to which the costs are covered depends on the respective tariffs and insurances.



- Issuing prescriptions
When talking to your doctor, you can also ask about renewing or reissuing a prescription. Your doctor will issue the prescription directly if medically necessary.


- Sick note online via the app
If you need a certificate of incapacity for work (AU), you can request this directly from your doctor. If medically necessary, you will receive your sick note digitally directly in the Meliva app.
