There’s work to do
I’ve been a Digicel customer from as young as 10 years old, and I see the vision of the app and what it allows me to do. However; 12 years later, I’m increasingly frustrated by the bugs in the app, especially those which prevent me from purchasing minutes and forcing me to either buy a bundle or just top up my phone and call using the amount. That’s not good enough. I want the freedom to purchase what I want, and have the most value for my money. Please do better Digicel.

Plans plans
The app is ok.
The shake in my opinion is crap all I ever get is something to do with the app which I do not use which I am sure you guys are aware and of.
I hate that I can not purchase data like I would mind. I never use even half the data when I buy a day plan.
The fact to use this app I have to have data or be on Wi-Fi is another disappointment.
I have to use data to activate a plan if I am not on Wi-Fi.
Please correct me if any of this information is false.
Do better Digicel
The quality of this app has progressively decreased. I am not at all impressed with how many times I’ve tried to use the app to pay my Digicel mobile bill and been screwed over. The weeks I’ve had to wait to be reimbursed by my bank after Digicel had refused to apply the money to my account. This has happened 3 times and I no longer have the issue because I no longer use the app for that purpose. On to another complaint: the app loses signal while issuing prizes after spinning. Lol…YALL ARE HILARIOUS!!
