Оnlinepbx-panel — приложение для клиентов виртуальной телефонии onlınepbx.
С приложением onlinepbx-panel вы можете:
— просматривать и прослушивать звонки ваших сотрудников;
— фильтровать звонки по типу, длительности, дате, сотруднику, клиенту и пр.;
— анализировать графики по каждому типу звонка;
— узнать средние значения: количество звонков, длительность звонка, оценка качества;
— связаться с технической поддержкой;
— изменить данные аккаунта;
Для входа логин и пароль от вашего аккаунта onlinepbx.
