ANONYMIZE BEFORE YOU SHARE Import a document and Pearstudio redacts names, dates, and identifiers using on-device NLP. The anonymized version is what goes into your prompt. The original stays untouched. USER MATERIALS AND REFERENCE Add documents as User Materials (anonymized automatically) or Reference (kept raw). Combine both with a prompt and preview the merged output before copying it anywhere. PROMPT BANK Save prompts you reuse — contract analysis, executive summaries, legal review templates. Tag and search them. Track which prompts you reach for most. TOKEN COUNT See estimated token usage before you send. Helps you stay within model limits and plan how to split large documents. PDF ANNOTATION SESSIONS Create annotation sessions to mark up PDFs with notes directly in the app. IMPORT FROM ANYWHERE Drag and drop, file picker, or start a local HTTP upload server and send files from any device on your network. Supports PDF, TXT, RTF, DOC, and DOCX. SYNC OR LOCAL Enable iCloud sync to access sessions and prompts across your Mac, iPhone, and iPad. Disabled by default: your data stays local until you choose otherwise.
