What’s New

Version 2.0.0

Dear Apple Review Team,

We have updated our app, Yahealth, to address the concerns raised in the previous review. Here is the context and the specific changes we made:

App Overview
Yahealth app includes the following features:
Content Delivery:
Users choose their age group (10-15, 15-20, or 21 and above) upon starting the app. They receive age-appropriate content, all created by the Yahealth team and reviewed and approved by the Agency of the Ministry of Health before publication.
Menstrual Cycle Tracking:
A personal tracking feature that does not involve user-to-user interaction.
Mental Health Self-Test:
Users can take self-tests for mental health without requiring an account and without user-to-user interaction.
Quiz App:
Users participate in quizzes, with rewards for top winners. This feature does not involve user-to-user interaction.
Chat with Expert:
Allows users to chat with health experts from our team. Interactions occur only between users and designated experts, not between users.
Stories and Testimony:
Users can submit their stories and testimonies to the Yahealth team for review. Only relevant and appropriate submissions are uploaded by our team, ensuring no direct uploads by users.
Community Feature:
User Interactions: Users can add posts, and others can like or comment on these posts.
Age Restriction: Access to the community feature is restricted to users aged 17 and above. Users are prompted to choose their age category before using any part of the app, and this information is used to grant or deny access to the community feature.
Report and Block: We have added options to report inappropriate or abusive content and to block users. Each post and comment has actions to report or block, ensuring that our team can review reported content promptly and take necessary actions, including content removal and user blocking.

Updates Made Based on Your Feedback:
Removed Anonymous Usage:
We have removed the option for users to interact anonymously to ensure accountability and enhance safety.
Report Button:
Added a report button to posts and comments within the community feature, allowing users to flag inappropriate content easily.
Review Process:
Our team will promptly review all reported content.
Content Removal:
Inappropriate content will be removed within 24 hours of being reported.
Eject User:
Users who post offending content will be deactivated or blocked to prevent them from posting again.
Updated EULA:
We have updated our End User License Agreement (EULA) to clearly state that there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Users must agree to these terms before using the app.
By implementing these changes, we aim to enhance user safety and ensure compliance with Apple’s guidelines. We believe these updates address the concerns previously raised and hope this context helps in your review process.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your approval.
Best regards,
YAhealth team
